Role Description:

  • This is a part-time hybrid role as a Family Office Accountant.
  • The Family Office Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial statement preparation.
  • The Accountant will also assist with financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • This role is located in Cornelius, NC, but offers flexibility for some remote work.


  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices
  • Experience with bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Quickbook Enterprise System
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • High degree of ethics and integrity
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
