  • As an Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper, your primary responsibilities will include
  • Managing all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
  • Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
  • Developing, implementing, modifying, and documenting recordkeeping and accounting systems.
  • Utilizing accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.
  • Collaborating with the financial team and other departments to ensure overall financial, operational, and strategic goals are achieved.


  • To be considered for the Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper position, candidates must meet the following qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Experience with ledger operations.
  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to excellence and high standards.

Pay: $65,000 – $85,000 a year
