Responsibilities:
- Supporting Family Office Services team working on various client engagements, including data collection and organization, entry of planning details into software, and assisting in the preparation of reports, analysis, and presentations
- Working with professionals across service lines to coordinate on projects; communicate information and deliver reports as required
- Assisting in process improvement exercises and maintaining current versions of deliverables, templates, and filing systems
Skills And Experience:
- Enrolled in CFP/PFP curriculum, with keen interest in a career in high-net-worth wealth planning & advisory
- 2-4 years of experience in a personal finance-related role; ideally a role that involves one or more of the below:
- Using financial planning software to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or a colleague
- Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice
- Sale of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds
- Accounting-related work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Planworth or equivalent) is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details and a willingness to work independently
- Strong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects concurrently
