Role Description:

• As a Family Office & Board Advisory Services Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to clients in various industries.
• You will work closely with executive teams to develop and implement effective business strategies, identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and improve overall performance.
• This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in Istanbul but with some flexibility for remote work.
• Role has a very competitive variable commission package

• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in effectively managing and leading teams
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
