Full Job Description

  • Experienced Tax Manager / Planner for a stable 3rd generation management company in a small office environment in the Lincoln Heights area.

Job Requirements:

  • CPA accounting firm tax experience required
  • 7+ years of corporate, trust, partnership, and individual tax preparation & planning knowledge.
  • Tax / Accounting Software / Benefit Plan / HR Administration.
  • Supervise, train, and work with employees in A/P, A/R & GL accounting for multiple entities;
  • Review ledgers and financial statements for all entities, distribute them to management, and implement corrections as needed.
  • Work with existing tax manager; ensure preparation of all information necessary for tax compliance, program administrator for SAGE accounting system.
  • Oil and Gas knowledge is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Tax return and tax planning: 6 years (Required)

License and Certification:

  • CPA license (Preferred)

Pay: $110,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
