Accounting Clerk – Bookkeeping Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and organize contracts and data to ensure accurate and accessible records.
  • Execute general ledger entries using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Record transactions on a cash basis, including foreign currency transactions and trust distribution activity
  • Record all incoming and outgoing payments promptly and accurately.
  • Conduct reconciliations between our event database and accounting records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Record intercompany balances for bill-back purposes.
  • Collaborate in the processing of invoices to support smooth financial transactions.
  • Assist in the management of supplier data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter data accurately and compile reports from the accounting system to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide assistance and support to internal personnel as needed.
