Accounting Clerk – Bookkeeping Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organize contracts and data to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Execute general ledger entries using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Record transactions on a cash basis, including foreign currency transactions and trust distribution activity
- Record all incoming and outgoing payments promptly and accurately.
- Conduct reconciliations between our event database and accounting records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Record intercompany balances for bill-back purposes.
- Collaborate in the processing of invoices to support smooth financial transactions.
- Assist in the management of supplier data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter data accurately and compile reports from the accounting system to support decision-making processes.
- Provide assistance and support to internal personnel as needed.
