Family Office Association Hong Kong (“FOAHK”) is an independent family office trade association established in November 2020. We are a consultative industry body established to lead and drive dialogue between the family office industry, government and regulatory bodies in Hong Kong.

FOAHK is seeking to expand its Executive Board. We are currently seeking indications of interest and nominations for family office professionals in Hong Kong who wish to contribute to the organization’s mission and growth in Hong Kong. This is a part-time unpaid role. Ideal candidates will help drive growth in members and sponsors.
Executive Board Member Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a commitment to FOAHK’s mission – this includes adhering, further defining and expanding the mission and objective of the FOAHK.
- Actively engage with current and potential members to promote the benefits of joining the FOAHK.
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure financial stability, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with founding board members to develop and implement strategic initiatives if applicable to enhance the FOAHK’s impact.
- Consistently attend and actively participate in board and subcommittee meetings, including decision-making on key organizational issues, such as review and approve budgets, financial statements, and funding proposals.
- Engage in fundraising efforts, including attracting prospective members and sponsors
- Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, CPT events, seminars and annual gala that provide value to members and the broader family office community.
- Actively participate in initiatives and events that solidifies FOAHK as a leading organization in the family office space
- Commitment to bring in a minimum number of new members fees or personal firm commitment in lieu.
