Head of Family Office

About The Job

• A growing multi-family office and wealth management firm is looking for a leader to manage and grow their already successful Family Office Services business.

This role will provide the following responsibilities to six high-net-worth families:

• Bill Payment
• Quarterly Financial Statements
• Budget vs. Actual Reporting
• Maintenance of Intrafamily loans
• Capital Call Fulfillment
• Completion of Subscription Documents
• Payroll & light HR for household staff
• Other services related to bookkeeping, accounting, and estate planning
• Note that we do not file taxes, offer tax preparation services, or provide tax advice – but strength of knowledge to interact directly with clients’ outside providers on tax matters
• Problem-solving and hunting down answers for complex issues and situations
• As Head of Family Office Services you will manage a team of three professionals who currently handle several substantial ($100mm+) and complex(estate planning vehicles) families.
• Working inside a business management firm or in a similar role at an accounting firm for an extended period specifically with wealthy families whose balance sheets include financial assets – liquid and illiquid across all asset classes
• CPA
• Working directly with UHNW clients
• Managing a team with a proven track record of mentoring

Pay: $150,000 – $200,000 a year
