Investment Associate

About the role

• In this position, you will report to Team Head, work alongside experienced professionals and play a pivotal role in all facets of investment transactions, utilize your expertise in M&A and corporate finance to lead the analysis of investment opportunities while monitoring the financial health of portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of investment transactions
• Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
  Utilize expertise in M&A and corporate finance to drive post-deal operations and prioritize tasks effectively
• Interpret data to derive actionable insights and recommendations, while building strong relationships with organizational partners
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities in developing investment theses
  Work collaboratively within a team, and in a fast-paced self-directed environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree or qualifications is an advantage.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance,
• M&A, Investment Research and Financial Analysis
• Familiarity with post-deal operations and ability to drive processes to completion
• Excellent relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust
• Self-driven working attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, open environment while maintaining confidentiality and integrity
• Only candidates with fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese will be considered.
