Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to drive new business development activities and to create business and sales marketing plans focusing on the
  • Family Office segment, to achieve business objectives.
  • Jointly develop and support strategic projects, together with Family Office specialist team, aimed at shaping UOB PB’s
  • Family Office proposition and operating model.
  • Be an ambassador for UOB PB, representing the bank and showcasing its value proposition at external client events and internal stakeholder engagements.
  • Perform market research and benchmarking, plan prospecting activities, and establish referral SOPs.
  • Manage key stakeholders in markets and deepen relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, manage, and analyze acquisition pipelines and contact plans for each prospect to be able to forecast and achieve future growth targets.
  • Increase partnerships through strategic alliances with key service providers and stakeholders within the Family Office sphere.
  • Work with Group Marketing to raise UOB PB’s Family Office brand awareness.
  • Take charge of all Family Office Business Development events, activities, communications, collaterals, and post-event tracking of ROI and outcomes.

  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
  • Stellar stakeholder management – able to competently represent UOB PB in engagements with senior UOB stakeholders and with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clientele.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business management, or any business-adjacent fields.
  • A least 10 years of business development experience within high-net-worth sales and acquisition space, and experience in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and marketing plans.
  • Wealth Management Institute (WMI) Certificate for Family Advisors’ holders preferred.
  • Experience working in a Private Banking and/or UHNW environment preferred.
  • High competency in both MS PowerPoint and Excel.
