Anna is a future oriented problem solver. She comes from an extensive retail background, having worked in global positions for retail giants such as IKEA & COS for over 10 years.
Anna has held positions as Senior Project Manager driving Circular AI & Extended reality projects. Operation Specialist spearheading Future Payment solutions and created an educational three step Omnichannel Awareness Program for 400 co-workers. She studies Organizational and Leadership Psychology at Lunds University with a focus on future workplaces and transformation.
Anna knows firsthand the challenges a company and its coworkers is undergoing while in transformation. She is convinced that in this rapidly changing world, companies must rethink their business model, ways of working and HR strategy to stay ahead of the competitors.
