In 2019, The Mather Group (TMG) acquired Astraeus Advisers, a multifamily office with over $1 billion in assets under management. That led to the creation of the TMG Family Office.
About the owners and the team
Laura Sweeney, JD, CAP®, is the Managing Director of TMG Family Office. Laura has worked with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on all aspects of their wealth planning for more than 25 years. Before The Mather Group, Laura worked at Southern Wealth Management, Dallas, where she was Partner and Principal for 16 years.
