Key responsibilities - Maintain investment valuation models and forecasting across asset classes. - Support financial analysis, scenario modelling, and quantitative work. - Oversee portfolio management system maintenance and data accuracy. - Validate investment data for consistency and completeness. - Reconcile external statements from custodians, banks, and fund managers. - Investigate discrepancies with external service providers. - Monitor compliance with investment mandates. - Prepare investment committee materials and presentations. - Produce performance and risk reports. - Provide analytical support on investment projects.
Required qualifications - 0-3 years relevant experience in accounting, audit, fund administration, or investment operations. - Strong accounting principles and financial reporting knowledge. - Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modelling capability. - Experience with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting. - Attention to detail and data integrity focus. - Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Preferred qualifications - Family office, investment firm, or fund administrator experience. - Custodian/bank liaison experience. - Portfolio management system familiarity.
