A single family office serving 45 individual family members across three generations is hiring a Chief Executive Officer to lead the full breadth of family office services — accounting, tax planning, trust administration, investment oversight and estate planning across more than 150 entities and two large private foundations. A senior, trusted-advisor mandate requiring both CPA and JD credentials, a strong tax background, and exceptional emotional intelligence with a multi-generational family.

Core responsibilities: overall leadership, execution of strategy, and operation of family office services — spanning accounting, tax planning, trust administration, investment oversight and estate planning across more than 150 discrete entities and two large private foundations. The successful applicant serves as primary trusted client advisor while mentoring staff and managing the interpersonal dynamics of a multi-generational family.

Key requirements: an exceptionally strong tax background, proficiency in estate planning, accounting expertise and investment knowledge, and both CPA and JD credentials.
