Chief Operating Officer, Multi-Family Office, Hong Kong

A Hong Kong multi-family office investing across new-economy equities, private equity and web3.0 is hiring a COO to lead day-to-day operations across HR, finance, compliance and administration and manage a team of five covering fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operations and compliance.

Key responsibilities: lead day-to-day operations across HR, finance, compliance, and administration; lead a team of 5 responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operation and compliance; manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting; ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS); manage vendor and service provider relationships.

Required qualifications: strong financial services industry knowledge, particularly buy-side/family office experience; proven operational strategy development expertise; familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory requirements; leadership and team management skills; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
