Role Summary: The Control Specialist provides oversight and support for the operational control environment within the Global Family Office practice, identifying risks and proposing solutions to strengthen processes.
Key Responsibilities: Implement control frameworks and maintain adherence to best practices; conduct risk assessments and evaluate preventative/detective controls; support risk-based testing to identify issues early; assist with thematic reviews ensuring control effectiveness; verify policies and procedures comply with standards and regulations; communicate findings and enhancement recommendations to management; support control programs including Audit Remediation and ATP Standards; and foster a strong risk-management culture.
Requirements: College/University degree preferred; 7+ years of Risk & Control experience required; financial-services background; strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail and ability to build consensus.
Salary
$114,700 – $194,900
