Camillo Holdings seeks a Controller to launch financial operations for a newly formed single family office serving two generations. The role encompasses managing personal and business financial affairs, including property, investments, taxes and estate planning, across multiple operating companies.

Primary Responsibilities - Create financial models for stock valuation and trust recommendations - Implement family office software systems - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements - Manage income tax documentation and coordinate with the CFO - Oversee family investment relationships and reporting - Execute estate planning and gifting activities - Secure insurance coverage for the family and entities - Support special projects as needed

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with 6-8 years of experience - Minimum 5 years of experience with a family office in roles of increasing responsibility - Proficiency in Quicken, QuickBooks and Excel - Superior communication and financial-modelling abilities

Preferred Qualifications: MBA and professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CFP).
