Finance & Operations Manager, Single Family Office, Hong Kong

A private single-family office in Hong Kong is hiring a trustworthy, detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day financial management and operational workflows - general ledgers for multiple family entities/trusts/holding companies, financial statements and cash-flow forecasts, AP/AR, bank and custodian relationships, capital calls for private investments, and lifestyle/real-estate asset support. Requires 10+ years in accounting, finance or operations, ideally with family office or wealth-management experience.

Role Overview: The organization seeks a highly trustworthy, detail-oriented Finance and Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial management and operational workflows of a private Single-Family Office.

Financial Management & Accounting: Maintain general ledgers for multiple family entities, trusts and holding companies; prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and cash-flow forecasts; manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense reconciliation; coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors for annual tax planning and filing; monitor bank accounts, execute wire transfers and manage capital calls for private investments.

Operational Oversight: Streamline and document office operational policies and data-management systems; manage relationships with banks, custodians, brokers, legal counsel and other vendors; support the onboarding and ongoing administrative compliance of new investment vehicles; assist with lifestyle-management assets, including real estate.

Qualifications and Skills: 10+ years in accounting, finance or operations, family office or wealth-management experience highly preferred; bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field (CPA or CFA a plus); proven track record of handling highly confidential and sensitive personal financial data with total integrity; strong self-starter mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to pivot between high-level financial analysis and hands-on administrative tasks.
