Real Estate Investment Director, Single Family Office, London

A hands-on Real Estate Investment Director for a single family office, responsible for an international portfolio of real estate assets across the full lifecycle from acquisition through disposal, working with the Investment Committee and third-party teams.

This is a hands-on role managing an international portfolio of real estate assets across the complete lifecycle, from acquisition through to disposal. Key responsibilities include: overseeing portfolio performance in line with Investment Committee objectives; managing assets directly and through third-party teams; setting business plans and KPIs, and leading asset disposals and capital decisions; evaluating new investment opportunities; overseeing property management and technical compliance across jurisdictions; monitoring financials and budgets and preparing accounts and tax returns; navigating complex lease structures and regulatory frameworks; and managing stakeholder relationships with partners, lenders and advisors.

The ideal candidate has commercial real estate asset management experience in international markets; the ability to manage assets across multiple disciplines without relying on a single specialist function; an understanding of international planning and regulatory frameworks; experience with both direct and third-party asset management; financial literacy with modelling experience; and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
