A 40-year-old executive search firm has been engaged to recruit a Tax Director for a multi-billion-dollar single family office in the Greater New York area. The chosen candidate reports to the family office CFO. Requires at least 15 years of relevant experience, a B.A. in accounting, taxation or finance, and a CPA.
The firm is seeking a professional with at least 15 years of relevant experience derived from a similar position in another family office, as a tax partner in a public accounting firm serving high-net-worth clients, or as a trust-and-estates attorney or advisor with a law firm or bank.
The ideal candidate holds a B.A. in accounting, taxation or finance as well as a CPA certification. Compensation: $500,000–$800,000.
