As founder of Hejmdal, Besarta has, since 2016, worked with family-owned conglomerates and start-ups in the private sector. She has amassed vast experience in private equity, venture capital, and sovereign wealth funds to help them find future leaders. Before founding Hejmdal, Besarta was based in a leading London-based search firm with a global footprint.
