Head of Finance, Single Family Office, Hong Kong

A rapidly growing Hong Kong single family office with a strong focus on technology and AI-related investments is hiring a Head of Finance to report directly to the Founder and lead all aspects of the finance function. The role covers accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax operations, liquidity planning and banking relationships, plus support for investment portfolio transactions and reporting, and building the office's controls and governance. Mandarin and English fluency is mandatory.
Reporting directly to the Founder, the Head of Finance will lead all aspects of the finance function and act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders.
Core responsibilities: - Manage accounting, financial reporting, treasury and tax operations - Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes - Handle liquidity planning and banking relationships - Support investment portfolio transactions and reporting - Develop controls, policies and governance frameworks
Requirements: - Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university - Professional qualification: CPA, ACA or ACCA - 10+ years' experience in family offices, investment firms or private equity - Strong technical accounting and treasury expertise - Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
