A Head of Risk and Compliance for the Jersey operation of a growing private wealth and funds financial services provider, acting as senior point of contact for the regulator and auditors and integrating risk/compliance frameworks following a recent merger.
Our client is a growing financial services provider predominantly in the private wealth and funds sector. As a part of increased business as a result of recent merger, they are looking for a head of risk and compliance for their Jersey operation. Applicants should have held senior roles in risk and compliance and be able to act as the senior point of contact for the regulator and auditors regarding the company's trust and funds licences. This senior role will be responsible for the integration of frameworks following the recent merger of two entities. Demonstrable experience in leading and formulating change in regulatory reporting and implementations will be essential. This senior role comes with an attractive remuneration and benefits package.
