Manager, Family Office Public Equity and Debt Portfolio, Arthrex, Naples

Arthrex's Naples family office is hiring a manager to lead allocation and investment across liquid public securities, bonds, ETFs, derivatives and mutual funds, with performance monitoring and risk-adjusted return ownership. Requires 10+ years' institutional or UHNW public-investment experience managing at least $100 million AUM, plus five years in a leadership role.

Lead activities related to the allocation and investment in liquid public securities, bonds, ETFs, derivatives, and mutual funds. Monitor and report on overall investment performance. Maximize risk-adjusted financial return for the liquid securities portfolio.

Key responsibilities: - Day-to-day management of public investment portfolios: construction, optimization, and investment selection aligned to strategic asset allocation - Develop, recommend, and direct investment programs to meet objectives - Partner within the family office on strategy, allocation, selection, due diligence, monitoring, and reporting - Financial modeling and valuation on potential and existing opportunities; due diligence standards for directs - Continuous review of public investments (benchmarks, industry, valuation, performance to budget) - Tax-efficient trading with in-house tax professionals - Manage and mentor investment analysts - Participate in investment review calls with bankers, consultants, attorneys, tax advisors, and family office staff

Required qualifications: - Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field - CFA, IA, or CFP preferred - 10 years institutional or ultra-high-end individual public investment experience with AUM of $100MM or more - Minimum five years in a leadership role including employee management
