Search for a Manager, Family Office Services with a growing multi-family office in Baltimore, Maryland. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families - Oversee bill pay, cash management, budgeting, and banking activities - Prepare and review personal financial statements, net-worth reports, and cash-flow analyses - Coordinate with tax, legal, insurance, investment, and estate-planning advisors - Organize financial records and documentation for tax compliance and reporting - Assist with trust, estate, philanthropic, and wealth-transfer planning initiatives - Monitor and track multiple projects and deadlines across complex family structures - Review household payroll, personal expenses, and family-office accounting activities - Support real-estate transactions, refinancing, and other special projects - Identify opportunities to improve client-service processes and operational efficiencies - Mentor junior team members and assist with client onboarding

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; 5+ years in family office, private client services, wealth management, public accounting, trust administration or related; strong grasp of personal financial statements, cash-flow management and FO operations; experience coordinating tax/legal/investment professionals; exceptional client service; strong organisation; advanced Excel and financial reporting systems; CPA, CFP, CFA or similar preferred.
