Soros Fund Management is hiring a Senior Pricing & Valuations Analyst for its P&L / Reference Data Team. The role covers daily production and reconciliation of real-time and end-of-day P&L, daily pricing review, security-master and OTC model setup, data maintenance, and month-end pricing, with deep product coverage across OTC derivatives (equity/FX/rates) and fixed income including convertibles and structured products (MBS/ABS/CLO). NY-based, hybrid (4 days onsite).

Soros Fund Management LLC (SFM) is a global asset manager and family office managing approximately $28 billion, serving as principal asset manager for the Open Society Foundations. The Senior Pricing & Valuations Analyst joins the P&L / Reference Data Team and works closely with investment, trade support, technology and risk teams.

Major responsibilities: - Price all securities (listed and OTC) using vendor and internal price sources - Enhance monitoring/validation of P&L data and help redesign the technology that produces P&L reporting - Review pricing and P&L validations (thresholds, zero prices, stale reports); ensure correct product identifiers for data-provider pricing - Investigate issues in real time; complete EOD market-value / P&L reconciliations - Coordinate daily pricing and P&L production with the administrator - Assist month-end price testing across structured products and OTC derivatives; document discrepancies vs independent sources per valuation policy - Work with investment teams, fund accountants, external audit and third-party fund admin / valuation vendors - Monitor reconciliations between systems; create new securities; set up and maintain bond, swap and credit curve generators

Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Mathematics or Accounting; ~5–10 years' relevant experience; broad fixed-income and listed/OTC product and P&L knowledge; strong reference-data background; familiarity with Bloomberg, Markit, IDC etc.; strong Excel (pivot tables/macros); basic coding a plus; CPA a plus.

Compensation: $175,000–$225,000 base plus discretionary year-end bonus. Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 remote per week. Apply via the Greenhouse job board.
