Arden O'Connor

Arden O'Connor established the O'Connor Professional Group to support families and individuals facing various behavioural health challenges, including addiction, mental health issues, eating disorders, and developmental difficulties. Motivated by her own family's experiences with recovery, Arden is dedicated to guiding families through the often disjointed treatment system to achieve positive outcomes and foster healing.

Arden is an alumna of Harvard College and Harvard Business School. She remains heavily involved in community activities and has served on the boards of the Winsor School Corporation, the Harvard Club of Boston, the Massachusetts Association of Mental Health, and the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Boston.
