Simon Lagrelius is a Partner and Attorney at Poul Schmith / Kammeradvokaten in Copenhagen, where he leads the Corporate Commercial & Private Clients practice. He advises family offices, foundations, financial creditors, high-net-worth investors, board members and ownership groups on investments, ownership structures and strategy.
Simon has extensive experience advising both family offices and foundations, including on establishment, governance, investment frameworks and structural adjustments in connection with changes in ownership or management, both domestically and internationally. He also frequently acts as an interim adviser to owners, management teams and creditors on turnarounds, recapitalisations and business wind-downs.
He holds several fiduciary positions, including as Chairman of Flyvende Falk Holding, Flyvende Falk ApS, Gain & Co Holding and DefCap Group ApS, is administrator of Allerfonden, and sits on the advisory board of Imperium Family Office. As a trustee and restructuring administrator, he has been involved in some of Denmark's largest restructuring and insolvency cases, including FONA and Domino's Danmark.
Simon holds a law degree (cand. jur.) from the University of Copenhagen and completed executive education at Cambridge Judge Business School. He is admitted to appear before the Danish High Court.
