Eva is a strategic foresight and innovation expert with over 20 years of experience as an advisor, growth leader, mentor, and speaker. She assists family offices in tackling long-term challenges, identifying emerging opportunities, building resilience, and evaluating the impact of both investments and philanthropic efforts.
Eva helps organisations navigate the future and manage uncertainty by applying strategic foresight and continuously asking ‘What if?’. Her approach integrates future thinking into the decision-making process thanks to incorporating scenario planning, horizon scanning, systemic analysis and creating engaging future visions. She delivers tangible results, including strategy wind-tunneling, discovering emerging risks and blind spots, identifying opportunities and understanding complex systemic developments. Eva achieves these results through strategic foresight workshops, future literacy training and the management of innovation initiatives.
Eva holds an MBA in Economics and an Executive MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her mission is to increase the awareness, accessibility and application of strategic foresight methodologies in decision making, through her partnership with 4cf – The Futures Literacy Company.
