Naava Mashiah is the CEO of ME LINKS, a financial advisor to family offices and UHNWIs. Established in Switzerland in 2016, ME LINKS mobilises private capital for impact investing, with a particular focus on Africa and agriculture projects.
A former diplomat who evolved to the private sector focused on Wealth Management Advisor to UHNWF, including private equity in the Israeli disruptive tech sector.
Naava has a strong interest in the impact sector and is passionate about converting wealth portfolios to ESG-compliant products. Most recently, new protein and innovative food technologies have created financial tools for NGOs in Africa as they evolve towards social enterprise.
Cross-cultural communication has been a valuable asset as she traversed geographical sectors from Israel to MENA and LATAM. Business networking in the MENA private sector; building trusted and sustained business and government relationships with a wide spectrum of leading figures in Israel, the Arab World, the Gulf emirates and North Africa.
In addition, she is also the founder of The Glassbox.
Her mantra is always try to help another when possible for this small gesture can change people’s lives for the better. During her leisure, she surrounds herself with books, whether reading or writing them. She is in her element with a pen in hand and books in her proximity.
