Panchee Advisory takes a highly flexible approach to client engagements. Its solutions range from managing time sensitive, ad hoc requests to providing fully dedicated support.

Client Services

  • Family Offices: We provide direct fulfillment across a wide range of tasks, from coordinating logistics for family, trustee and board meetings to personal shopping and travel arrangements.  Ticket purchases, registrations, reservations, travel, calendar management, cash flow/budgeting, bill payments and personal shopping are common requests that we directly support. Where specific domain expertise is required (such as property management for a non-primary residence), we act on behalf of our clients to identify, source and coordinate third-party vendors.
  • Private Foundations: We provide accounting, compliance and full administrative support for private foundations and donor advised funds, including grant management, grantee communications, Trustee meeting logistics and asset valuations.
  • Private Funds: For those family offices which also directly operate private equity and venture capital funds, Panchee Advisory supports subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, fund formation and LP communications.

Software Used:

We operate primarily within the existing Family Office tech stack as users.  We operate our own instance of Quickbooks, but work with client-preferred accounting systems to mitigate breach exposure. 

Cost structure

Varies. Generally, our clients prefer monthly retainers with an hourly offset.  We also support variable-only pricing.
