Overview:
- We are looking for a Family Office Associate to join our Personal CFO Services area.
- This position is responsible for supporting multiple clients with a variety of accounting and administrative services.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed tracking of client bills and filings
- Manage bill collection and processing
- Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills
- Respond to client requests and inquiries
- Manage vendor relationships and payments
- Money movement requests
- Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
- Assist with client onboarding
- Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
- Other client and team support, as needed
Requirements:
- University degree in accounting or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum three years experience in accounting providing client services in personal tax, family office or related field
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Passion for exceptional client service
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to adhere to strict process, control and confidentiality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle and respond to multiple client and department demands in a timely manner.
Pay: $75,000 – $100,000 a year
