What You Will Do:
- Work closely with our Family Office practice providing diversified administrative and day-to-day operational support, including but not limited to:
- Sort the daily incoming mail by client and entity
- Scan the daily incoming mail to the appropriate client inbox or client team
- Manage various Outlook mailboxes and handle them as needed
- Scan bills and documents into appropriate Bill.com accounts
- Perform in-office tasks for Family Office client teams, such as printing checks, compiling bill pay packets, coordinating the signing of checks, and sending payments to vendors
- Prepare and track FedEx shipments and certified mail for Family Office client teams
- Maintain sensitive and confidential client documents in the Family Office safe
- File various client documents and reports, including investment, bank, and brokerage statements
- Create check requests and send them to the appropriate entity’s Bill.com
- Assist with client-related hand deliveries as needed
- Restock the Family Office department with mail supplies and check stock as needed
- Support the Family Office client teams with special projects as needed
- Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn, and develop skills and knowledge through external and internal education, training, and cross-training opportunities to maximize personal contribution to the organizational goals and ongoing career development
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients

Qualifications:
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s degree
- 0 to 3 years of administrative or office experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Notary public certification preferred or willing to become certified
- High attention to detail, problem solver & intellectually curious
- Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of tasks, and ability to change focus quickly as demands change
- Demonstrates dependability and sense of urgency with high attention to detail

Pay: $19 – $37 a year
