Accounting Manager at The Alhosani Group

The Alhosani Group office is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in our daily financial operations, helping to keep our accounts accurate and our processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Process Transactions: Accurately record invoices, payments, and receipts in our accounting system.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly check bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledgers to ensure everything balances.
  • Expense Management: Review and process staff and family expense claims, making sure all documentation is complete and correct.
  • Assist with Month-End: Help prepare monthly financial reports and assist with reconciliations and closing activities.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and account queries.
  • File & Organise: Maintain orderly digital and paper records for all financial documents.
  • Support the Team: Assist with other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support role (internships or part-time roles welcome).
  • Comfort with numbers and basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks) is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide training for the right person.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Able to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • Right to work in Kuwait.
