Family Office Analyst

Location: Canada (National)

Reports to: Family Office Services Team Lead

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Family Office Analyst to join our growing Family Office Services team. This position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals in delivering tailored financial planning and advisory services to affluent families. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in wealth management and planning and a desire to grow within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of client engagements by organizing financial data, building financial models, and preparing reports, analysis, and presentation materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional professionals across the firm to deliver client-ready solutions, insights, and deliverables.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial planning documentation, tools, and templates to support process consistency and quality control.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.

  • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance client service and team efficiency.

  • Stay current with trends and regulations in high-net-worth financial planning, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

The Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in personal finance, wealth planning, insurance, mutual funds, or accounting.

  • Currently enrolled in or completed coursework toward the CFP or PFP designation.

  • Prior experience using financial planning software (e.g. NaviPlan, WealthPath, Planworth) preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Able to create and interpret financial models and planning documents with precision.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication & Professionalism

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of delivering clear and concise client-facing documentation.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential client information.

  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and a willingness to take initiative.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 CAD (commensurate with experience and skills).
