About The Job

Duties:

  • Support relationship managers by providing high-quality service delivery to High Net Worth clients
  • Executing a broad range of banking and investment tasks accurately and on a timely basis
  • Ensure that all applications comply with company policy and regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for account opening, performing KYC and due diligence, and working with internal departments to process account opening

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working experience in private banking and brokerage firms
  • Good knowledge of investments, banking products, operational procedures and systems
  • Familiar with trade flow from front to back office
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, work organization and client interfacing skills
  • Strong language proficiency, verbal and written English and Mandarin
