About The Role

- Your role would involve providing comprehensive support to the Chairman in managing their personal and professional affairs, including travel arrangements for overseas trips.
- Lifestyle Services: Coordinate lifestyle services for the chairman, such as travel arrangements, property management, philanthropic activities, and other personal requests.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact for communication between the Chairman and other family members, staff, external partners, and service providers.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to the Chairman and his business.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the family’s wealth and develop risk management strategies to protect assets and mitigate potential threats.
- Education: A master’s degree in finance, economics, business, law, or a related field is typically required.
- An advanced degree, such as an MBA or CFA, is often preferred.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, catering to the unique needs and preferences of the family.
- Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-10 years of experience in financial management, investment, and wealth management is essential, preferably in a family office, private banking, or investment advisory setting.
