  • We are looking for a Family Office Associate to join our Personal CFO Services area.
  • This position is responsible for supporting multiple clients with a variety of accounting and administrative services.


  • Detailed tracking of client bills and filings
  • Manage bill collection and processing
  • Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries
  • Manage vendor relationships and payments
  • Money movement requests
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
  • Assist with client onboarding
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Other client and team support, as needed


  • University degree in accounting or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum three years experience in accounting providing client services in a family office, wealth management or related field
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for exceptional client service
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to adhere to strict process, control and confidentiality standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle and respond to multiple client and department demands in a timely manner.

Pay: $75,000 – $100,000 per year.
