The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Family Office & Board Advisory Services Leader to join the team in Istanbul. This role will focus on supporting clients across industries with advisory services in business strategy, governance, and wealth management, while leveraging existing high-level relationships to drive business development. The successful candidate will work closely with executive teams to develop and implement effective strategies, identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and enhance performance. This position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive, commission-driven compensation package.

Reports to
Managing Partners / Board Advisory Leadership

The Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive teams to design and implement business strategies that drive growth and long-term success.

  • Provide board-level advisory services, supporting governance, business management, and wealth management initiatives.

  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations to clients.

  • Collaborate with Advent Nexus teams across geographies to deliver tailored client solutions.

  • Mentor and supervise team members, ensuring high-quality client delivery and professional development.

  • Leverage established senior relationships (Board, CEO, and Owner-level) to expand the firm’s network and client base.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience advising executive-level stakeholders and boards of companies with revenues above USD 50M.

  • Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.

  • Strong track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Must have established, active relationships at Board, CEO, or Owner level with Istanbul-based companies exceeding USD 50M in annual sales. Applications without this requirement will not be considered.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic insight.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
