Business Developer – Family Office
The Client
Our client is a Luxembourg-based family office providing tailored corporate and fund structuring solutions to private and institutional clients across Europe. With a reputation for exceptional service and a focus on long-term value, the firm is seeking to expand its client base through the addition of a seasoned and entrepreneurial business development professional.
The Opportunity
The Business Developer will play a key role in growing the firm’s presence in the European market by leveraging an established network, onboarding high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), wealth managers, and institutional clients, and promoting the firm’s structuring capabilities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional with a strong track record in business development, particularly in Luxembourg’s corporate and fund services space, and fluency in Russian and English.

The Position
Key Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and retain new private and institutional clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Leverage an existing professional network to introduce and onboard HNWIs, wealth managers, lawyers, bankers, and tax advisors.

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for new clients, fostering long-term relationships.

Promote the company’s expertise in corporate and fund structuring, including SOPARFI, SPVs, and other Luxembourg vehicles.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-family office, fiduciary firm, or corporate services provider in Luxembourg.

Proven track record of successful business development, client acquisition, and retention.

Demonstrated ability to bring and immediately onboard a portable client base.

Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate and fund structures (e.g., SOPARFI, SPVs, holding and financing vehicles).
Skills & Attributes

Native or professional-level Russian, with fluency in English; French or German considered a strong asset.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
