We are currently seeking a Business Development (Funds), based in Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end fund and SFO structuring, including setup, documentation review, and service provider coordination.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver tailored investment structuring and private banking solutions.
  • Prepare bilingual marketing materials (English, Traditional & Simplified Chinese) and deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Support business development and proposal discussions with high-quality insights and execution.
  • Establish and enhance internal operational frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with Hong Kong team and external parties (e.g., administrators, custodians, legal counsel) on transactions.
  • Manage ad-hoc structuring and operational projects under tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, with expertise in fund operations and SFO formation.
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures in Cayman, BVI, Singapore, and private wealth governance.
  • Proven experience in legal documentation review and multi-party coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); Cantonese a plus.
  • Strong executive presence, interpersonal skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
