The Opportunity
The Client Service Associate – Family Office plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting advisors in the management of complex family relationships. This role involves direct engagement with family office and multi-family office clients, including participation in client meetings and collaboration with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly professional, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all areas of client service.

The Position
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership
- Partner with Lead Advisors to design and implement strategies that address the unique needs of high-net-worth families.
- Attend select client meetings to analyze discussions, identify follow-up needs, and determine appropriate next steps to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for families, custodians, and external partners, exercising judgment in communications and decision-making.
- Evaluate client requests, recommend solutions, and oversee execution with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Data & Process Stewardship
- Collect, analyze, and maintain complex financial, legal, and personal data within CRM systems (Salesforce) and firm databases, ensuring ongoing data integrity.
- Evaluate documentation related to client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client needs; determine appropriate next steps to resolution.
- Oversee money movement requests, including capital calls, distributions, trades, and transfers, ensuring compliance and accuracy before approval.
- Manage complex and strategic calendaring needs for families and internal stakeholders, aligning with client priorities and business objectives.
- Client Experience Leadership
- Collaborate with advisors to oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement for strategic and complex family clients.
- Represent the firm with professionalism in all interactions with clients, families, custodians, and external partners.
- Attend select client meetings, document key takeaways, and coordinate follow-up actions for seamless execution.
- Lead quality control efforts to mitigate risk and ensure accuracy across all client deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and implement initiatives that strengthen relationships and align with firm culture.
- Partner with internal teams on strategic projects that advance the firm’s Family Office capabilities and service model.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in professional services, financial services, or a family office/multi-family office environment with direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation:
$90,000 – $110,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience).
