Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Deal Origination Partner to join our esteemed Chinese Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) Family Office. As a Deal Origination Partner, you will play a critical role in sourcing and originating high-revenue investment opportunities regionally. Leveraging your proven track record in deal origination, sales, and business development, you will utilize your extensive network of industry contacts and exceptional relationship-building skills to generate referral sources and establish strategic partnerships. Your in-depth market knowledge, analytical acumen, and unwavering commitment to results will drive the success and growth of the family office.


  • Proactively identify and originate undervalued, high-revenue businesses (>US$70M) with significant transacted value (>US$1B).
  • Utilize your extensive network of industry contacts to generate referral sources for potential investment opportunities, forging and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential leads, target companies, or individuals for partnerships, acquisitions, or other lucrative business deals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, aligning with the family office’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and investment professionals, ensuring comprehensive due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Optional: Articulate the family office’s value proposition, negotiate favorable terms, and secure deals that maximize revenue potential.
  • Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall growth and profitability
