Trust Director – Family Office

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Trust Director to join the Family Office team. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of prestigious clients, provide strategic trust management, and lead a high-performing team of professionals. This role combines client relationship management with business development, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to group-wide strategic initiatives.

The Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value trust clients, delivering exceptional fiduciary and advisory services.

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of trust professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and intermediaries to identify and pursue business development opportunities.

  • Contribute to group-wide strategic initiatives, bringing trust and fiduciary expertise to broader family office projects.

  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards across all trust activities.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Significant experience as a trust professional, ideally within a family office, fiduciary firm, or private wealth management environment.

  • Proven ability to manage complex trust structures and deliver client-centric solutions.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams.

  • Strong business development track record and ability to generate new opportunities through relationships with clients and intermediaries.
