- Our client is a family office affiliated with an investment management firm. They are seeking a Director of Strategy and Operations to join their growing organization. The Director of Strategy/Ops will report into executive leadership, and collaborate closely with the Board.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: leading strategic initiatives for all operations within the Family Office (investments, philanthropy, estate, etc.); developing internal and external long term strategy, overseeing daily operations, communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing compliance and risk management, and ad hoc project management.
- The ideal candidate possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 5 years experience within family office/wealth management is needed for the role. Advanced degree preferred, along with certifications (CPA, CFP, etc.). Candidate should also have a track record of success in past roles, as well as strong communication and critical thinking skills.
