Key Responsibilities
- Maintain wealth management reporting systems
including preparation of financial, analytical, and performance reports - Set-up, funding, and coordinator for investments and bank/brokerage accounts
- Serve as office point-of-contact and collaborate with financial, legal and real estate partners
- Provide executives with administrative support
- Office management tasks as needed
- Assist with investment and stock analysis
- Key Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (expert Microsoft Excel skills) and QuickBooks
- Highly trustworthy and dependable
- Analytical mind-set and mathematically competent
- Ultra-high attention to detail, problem solver, and intellectually curious
- Adhere to the highest level of confidentiality
- Other Important Personal Attributes
- The ability to prioritize assignments and experience balancing multiple projects at one time
- The ability to work independently and effectively manage their time
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and professional demeanor
- Outstanding organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Role will be mostly 4 days in Newport Beach and one day remote work. Candidates should live in a commutable distance to Newport Beach.
