Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, within a family office or private equity environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment structures, with a focus on hedge funds, private equity, and fixed income.
  • Extensive experience with international and domestic trust structures, particularly in the U.S. and Europe.
  • Proven track record in cash management, financial reporting, and tax efficiency strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true people person.
  • Proficient with financial systems and software, with a keen ability to leverage technology for improved financial management.
