Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, within a family office or private equity environment is required.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and investment structures, with a focus on hedge funds, private equity, and fixed income.
- Extensive experience with international and domestic trust structures, particularly in the U.S. and Europe.
- Proven track record in cash management, financial reporting, and tax efficiency strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a true people person.
- Proficient with financial systems and software, with a keen ability to leverage technology for improved financial management.
