Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) based in North Asia.
  • Provide bespoke wealth management services, focusing on investments, estate planning, succession planning, and tax optimization strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ financial needs, delivering personalized solutions and comprehensive financial planning.
  • Leverage strong market knowledge and network to generate new business opportunities and grow the firm’s portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within a private banking, wealth management, or multi-family office setting.
  • Strong understanding of North Asia’s wealth management landscape and client preferences.
  • Must have experience with WFOE (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) structures, demonstrating a deep knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics.
  • A robust network of HNWIs and UHNWIs, with a strong track record of client acquisition and retention.
  • A highly client-centric approach with the ability to offer innovative and comprehensive solutions to meet complex client needs.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in additional North Asia languages highly desirable.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building relationships and expanding business within a highly competitive market.
