We are a multi-sector executive recruiting firm with six search partner offices in North America and Europe.
The ideal candidate will be a resourceful business manager with at least 15 years of experience in general management within family-owned businesses or family offices (please note that operations management experience in a manufacturing firm is not applicable). Key qualifications include:
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong team leadership and consensus-building abilities
- Experience representing the family and overseeing the resort’s success
- Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to translate concepts into successful business operations
- Experience in professional services, financial services, real estate, or resort management is preferred (e.g., client-centric operations)
