We are a multi-sector executive recruiting firm with six search partner offices in North America and Europe.

The ideal candidate will be a resourceful business manager with at least 15 years of experience in general management within family-owned businesses or family offices (please note that operations management experience in a manufacturing firm is not applicable). Key qualifications include:

Expertise in project management, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong team leadership and consensus-building abilities
Experience representing the family and overseeing the resort’s success
Exceptional client service and relationship management skills
Proven ability to translate concepts into successful business operations
Experience in professional services, financial services, real estate, or resort management is preferred (e.g., client-centric operations)
