Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Family Office Manager to oversee and manage the personal and professional affairs of the CEO and her family. This is a unique role that combines family office, executive assistant, and personal assistant functions, requiring a strategic thinker who can anticipate needs, problem-solve effectively, and execute with precision.
The Opportunity
This position offers a unique opportunity to “own the role”—managing the CEO’s life, household operations, assets, and travel arrangements with complete accountability. The Family Office Manager will act as the central point of coordination for the CEO’s personal and family matters, ensuring seamless scheduling, optimal use of resources, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be able to think beyond assigned tasks, identifying and implementing efficiencies that save time, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of life for the CEO and her family. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role that demands exceptional discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.

The Position
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the CEO’s personal and family schedule, coordinating travel, meetings, and family commitments.

Anticipate and plan all aspects of personal and professional scheduling, ensuring minimal conflicts and maximum efficiency.

Manage household operations, including property management, vendor oversight, maintenance scheduling, and budget tracking.

Plan and coordinate business, personal, and family travel—including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities—optimizing for cost, comfort, and convenience.

Oversee personal and family assets in collaboration with financial advisors, including real estate holdings and other investments.

Maintain detailed oversight of household budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement systems that save time and money.

Handle all personal correspondence and communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.

Proactively anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and offer creative, strategic solutions.

Coordinate with family members, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations across all areas of responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Family Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant to senior executives or UHNW individuals.

Proven ability to manage the personal and professional affairs of high-profile individuals.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and strategic thinking skills.

Superior interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach.

Proficiency in travel planning, budgeting, and household management.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000
